HOMEMADE PLAID TO BE ALIVE SHIFT DRESS
STORY: They don't make 'em like this no more. Designed and carefully crafted by hand and kept well for several generations so you could inherit this piece of ultra-comfortable history. Maybe the creatrice wore this dress to pick citrus in the local groves around Southern California as our model suggests it might have happened, carpet bag in hand. Maybe our crafty seamstress wore the frock to catch a movie at the Rubidoux, Mission Tiki, or Vineland Drive-In theaters (which are still in operation close to LA today!). Whatever she did, we figure she was plaid to be alive while doing it. Carry on the spirit and the history of this unique piece by making it your own.
